Plat Survey

This will be needed for getting a permit from the city and will be needed for the installers to insure your fence is installed correctly on your property. If you have or are in the process of purchasing a home through a foreclosure or short sale, plat of surveys are usually not included. During the purchase process or after you have purchased you can arrange a survey through a local company.
